Teaching Innovation Capacities in Undergraduate Leadership Courses: The Influence of a Short-Term Pedagogical Intervention

Abstract: This study explored the effectiveness of a short-term, low-cost experiential learning intervention on undergraduate students' development of innovation capacities.
