We are currently experiencing a knowledge-chasing society in which acquiring new knowledge and solving new problems are necessary and required skills for people to survive in human society in the future. Therefore, in such a circumstance, it is of certain research value to analyze the requirement satisfaction of Student Individual Learning (SIL) based on the idea of lifelong learning and discover problems in the process of SIL. However, existing studies generally have a few shortcomings such as the too narrow scope of study groups and the undiversified research objects. To this end, this paper took English learning as an example to research the requirement analysis of SIL based on the idea of lifelong learning. In the texts, the paper constructed a requirement satisfaction (RS) model of SIL, gave the calculation method of the learning benefit of SIL, and elaborated on the strategy optimization and selection method of SIL. The effectiveness of the proposed model was verified by experimental results attained in the study.

Optimization is a step to solve a problem to get more profitable results. Profitable based on the point of view used or the desired needs. The optimization value can be profitable in the maximum position or profitable in the minimum position. A problem can be solved in different ways, to produce the best solution. The best conditions can be viewed from many things, including tolerance, methods, and problems. Many theories have been developed to solve optimization problems. This optimization problem is often discussed because it is very close to human life. In this case, optimization can be interpreted as the process of achieving the most optimal results by adjusting input, selecting equipment, mathematical processes, and testing. Thereby in this paper, the Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM) method has succeeded in optimizing class grouping by calculating the closest distance between the achievement and intelligence of each student.

This study demonstrates how the technology used to assist formative assessment in spelling can have an impact on learning. Formative assessment represents a set of student-centered practices, the results of which are not always optimal. Furthermore, different technologies are better suited to certain tasks than to others. The study follows a Design-Based Research approach and was conducted in Chile in two phases. In the first phase of the study, a formative assessment strategy for teaching spelling is developed. In a subsequent phase, the impact of different technologies on this strategy is analyzed. This is achieved by comparing two different technologies: Tablet PCs and the interpersonal computer. The results reveal that a self-paced formative assessment strategy using Tablets is more effective than the same strategy using an interpersonal computer when teaching spelling to primary school students. This therefore highlights the impact of technology on learning when adopting a formative assessment strategy.
