There has been a continual rise in the quantity of smart and autonomous automobiles in recent decades. the effectiveness of communication among vehicles in Vehicular Adhoc Networks (VANET) is critical for ensuring the safety of drivers' lives. the primary objective of VANET is to share critical information regarding life-threatening events, such as traffic jams and accident alerts in a timely and accurate manner. Nevertheless, typical VANETs encounter several security issues involving threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This paper proposes a new decentralized and tamper-resistant scheme for privacy preservation. We designed a new trust management system that utilizes blockchain technology. We strive to establish trust between vehicles and infrastructure and preserve privacy by guaranteeing the authenticity and integrity of the information exchanged in VANETS. Our proposal adopts the principles of reinforcement learning to dynamically evaluate and allocate trust scores to vehicles and infrastructure based on their behavior. The scheme's performance has been evaluated based on key metrics. The results show that our new system provides an effective behavior management technique while preserving vehicle privacy.

Transportation guarantee can provide efficient and reliable transportation results for logistics transportation, but currently, transportation guarantee talents are scarce, and it is necessary to cultivate transportation guarantee talents. This study comprehensively considers the performance of knowledge, skills, and comprehensive abilities, adopts multiple evaluation methods and indicators, and combines practical applications and performance evaluation to evaluate the effectiveness of transportation guarantee talent cultivation. In the evaluation process, there are difficulties such as subjectivity, diversity, applicability, and resource limitations. To overcome these difficulties, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted to better understand the knowledge, skills, and abilities of trainees in the field of transportation support, and targeted feedback and improvement suggestions are provided to further improve the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation. The results show that the training method in this article can enable students to achieve a maximum of 100 points in transportation professional knowledge, and can also shorten the completion time of students in transportation projects.

The means of transport are major points in a country's infrastructure and economic development, so it is important to analyse its methods and obstacles for further interventions. This study aims to discuss the Opportunity of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) implementation in Peru based on the Economy. The study was subdivided into parts. In the first part briefly reviewed the system of transportation in other countries in comparison with Peru. It further discusses the technologies influencing ITS development, the barriers to ITS implementation as well as Strategies for Implementing ITS in Peru. Three research questions guided that study and an expo facto research design was adopted as the study utilizes secondary data. The study does not consider human participation, rather, kinds of literature and reports of financial status and projections were collected, collated, utilized, and analysed for the study. The study revealed that the worldwide ITS issues is more controlled that that witnessed in Peru as the issue fluctuates between 0 and 100%. Peru has a promising economy which ITS will be implemented with ease. It is concluded that a comprehensive analysis taking into account a range of economic, social, and technological factors will be required to fully understand the potential and challenges of ITS implementation in the country.
