The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 251 population of the teachers in five private senior high schools di Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 211 samples. SEM method with Smart PLS 3.0 software is used for data processing. Hard skills and soft skills are concluded as a result of research that has a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. A model for building innovation capability and teacher performance among teachers in Tangerang through enhancing hard and soft skills with organizational learning as a mediator was proposed as new research. In this study, online games are a research problem that is raised, by raising all things in online games, the author wants to know the impact of online games that have been troubling society and the results of this study are suggestions that will make the basic ingredients of decision making in terms of online games has troubled all levels of society. This research method uses literature review and field review, with the two process methods used it will produce valid research, with research based on previous research, the research will be more renewable, and research carried out in the field will find out the problems in the field. There have been many studies discussing the effect of online games, and in this study discussing the impact on the human psyche. In this study, researchers took data from many parties who were deemed necessary, and made the basis of their research. This research will produce suggestions and proposals that will be applied in a smart city in making a policy in an online application that is troubling the public.

Progress in the complexity of large cities, highly complex systems, and intelligence science, in particular, smart city technology, has shown great ability in helping to reduce traffic congestion in developing cities. All ideas from the development of intelligent transportation to a town that wants to build and want to change into a smart city, especially in the field of ACP (system created, computing developed), based on parallel management and control system (PTMS). PTMS is considered to be enlarged to a new generation of an intelligent transportation system, and its essential component of architecture then make the hardware and software that will support a new architecture in a developing city to a smart city. The case in a lift is a communication system on a car that uses peer to peer networks and smart cards, with a communication system in a vehicle is expected to control congestion in a developing city through an original town with a connected system. This paper proposed four aspects of surveillance such as Traffic surveillance, vehicle Surveillance, passenger surveillance and driver surveillance. The combination of these surveillances will create best applied Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) or can be called as Smart Transportation Systems(STS).
