The mechanism for outgoing correspondence at the North Sumatra Class I Climatology Station is through the approval of the Verifier and Kasklim. The system runs in approving outgoing letters, still going through the traditional process where the Verifier and Kasklim must go through directly in the room. This research aims to develop the intended outgoing letter approval application, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of outgoing letter approval. This research is development research using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach and the prototype method which refers to data obtained from interviews with several letter operators at the North Sumatra Class I Climatology Station. Based on testing the system using a black box and evaluating the application by the staff concerned, it was concluded that the application was relevant to needs and could be implemented. This study also provides a basis for further research in optimizing similar systems in the context of climatology stations or other fields that require effective management of outgoing mail approvals.

The widespread use of social media in the current 4.0 era signifies that it has become a necessity for society, with one notable platform being the Instagram application. Instagram serves as a platform for users to share their moments through photos and videos. This research aims to demonstrate to Instagram users that the platform offers additional benefits, particularly as a medium for learning Arabic more easily and efficiently. The method employed in this research is qualitative. The researcher assumes a pivotal role as the primary data collection tool, comprehending the context and analyzing information acquired from the Instagram account @takallam.arabiyyah. The primary data collection technique utilized is content analysis, involving the examination of verbal and visual data from social media. This article will delve into the utilization of the Instagram account @takallam.arabiyyah as a medium for learning Arabic, as well as explore the advantages and disadvantages of Instagram as a platform for Arabic language learning.

Gumelem Wetan Village is a village in Susukan District, Banjarnegara Regency which is located ± 36 Km from the city center. In the implementation of population administration in Gumelem Wetan Village for population data processing from recording, making certificates to reporting population data, births, deaths, and moves is still manual bookkeeping. This of course reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of population data management. Technology, information and communication have developed very rapidly, this must be used to facilitate the management of population data in Gumelem Wetan Village because technology can provide convenience for humans in various aspects of life. In Indonesia, almost all companies and institutions, both government and private, have sophisticated data processing technology, so the presence of information technology is very necessary. Unlike the data processing in Gumelem Wetan Village which is still bookkeeping, a website-based population administration information system is needed for Gumelem Wetan Village that is able to manage population data effectively and efficiently. So that it can facilitate the performance of the Gumelem Wetan Village Government apparatus. In addition, it can also improve public services, especially administrative services for the people of Gumelem Wetan Village. This study used interviews, literature review, and observation as data collection methods. While the system development method uses the waterfall method using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. The output of this research is a website-based population administration information system in Gumelem Wetan Village.
