Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Untuk Menurunkan Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil

Abstract: ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kondisimeresahkan semua orang, tidak terkecuali di negara Indonesia. Kasus tersebut menyerang semua kalangan, salah satunya adalah ibu hamil. Hal tersebut menyebabkan ibu hamil mengalami rasa cemas bahkan sampai mengalami depresi serta dapat meningkatkan jumlah kematian.
