Teknologi Fitoremediasi Untuk Penanganan Pencemaran Logam Berat Di Lahan Pertanian Di Kecamatan Kebakkramat Kabupaten Karanganyar

Abstract: Research aim of heavy metal pollution handling in agricultural land use fitoremediation technologyis to know the effectivity of hemp and mendong plant used and it’s combination with rhizobacterial isolates Agrobacterium sp I3 or organic materials in order to decrease  the levels of heavy metal contamination in the soil such as cromium (Cr), cadmium  (Cd) and plumbum (Pb).The research was conducted in Waru Village Kebakkramat Sub-District Karanganyar Regency in 2016. The location is a subdistrict in Karanganuya… Show more

“…Other impacts that can be felt by humans are lung cancer, kidney failure, anemia, skin allergies, asthma, and stomach cancer. [30] Plants that can grow with Cr metal content and can be utilized, namely purun and mendong plants, are hemp plants with a high ability to absorb metals and belong to the hyperaccumulator category [31]. Purun plants (Typha latifolia) and mendong plants (Fymbristylis umbellaris) can be used as materials for crafts such as mats and can be created into other forms in the form of bags.…”

“…Efforts to guarantee the availability of sufficient and safe food for the community through the intensification of plant cultivation have caused negative impacts. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure food quality and safety by preventing food from possible chemical contamination, especially agrochemicals (Rahman et al 2020;Rosariastuti et al 2020;Sukarjo et al 2021). The use of fertilizers and other agrochemicals is crucial for improving rice production (Liao et al 2021); these two agro-inputs also play a role in the higher levels of heavy metals, particularly cadmium (Cd) (Rahman et al 2020;Rosariastuti et al 2020;Sukarjo et al 2021).…”
