In order to develop a healthy physical, mental and psychological way, middle school students, who are interested in digital games, need to be protected from many harmful habits as well as their addiction to play. The aim of this study is to determine the middle school students' game addiction levels, game play habits according various factors. In the study, descriptive scanning model was used. The study group consisted of 276 middle school students, whom were 117 males and 159 females. Research data were collected through a questionnaire developed by researcher and the game addiction scale for children. The data collected were evaluated using mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, t, Anova and Tukey analysis and the following results were summarized: A significant part of the students are playing digital games. However, males play digital games more than females. Most of the students have reasonable time for digital games. Students prefer most actionadventure, war and racing games. In general, digital game addictions levels of students are quite low. Students who spend 2-3 hours or more in the game have a significantly higher level of dependence on digital games compared to students who spend less than 2 hours in the game.
