Telemedycyna a Konstytucyjne Prawo Do Opieki Zdrowotnej W Kontekście Wykluczenia Cyfrowego

Abstract: Artykuł stanowi omówienie konkretnego problemu jaki może powstać w trakcie próby wdrożenia rozwiązań telemedycznych w Polsce. Po pierwsze, ze względu na brak definicji legalnej telemedycyny zostaną przytoczone propozycje znaczenia tego pojęcia wysuwane przez doktrynę przedmiotu oraz organizacje międzynarodowe i pozarządowe, wraz ze wspólnym mianownikiem przedmiotowych definicji.
