Abstract:The report concerns a patient with extended osteolytic metastasis of the pelvic region including the left hip joint with a primary kidney carcinoma. A simple fixateur-exterior apparatus for arthrodesis of the hip joint including immediate painlessness is presented. The procedure is relatively simple and with little strain for the patient.
