Temporomandibular Joint Ankylosis Leading to Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Abstract: Temporomandibular joint ankylosis in children commonly lead to difficulty in feeding, poor oral hygiene, retrognathic mandible and obstructive sleep apnea. Surgical release of the ankylosis has always been the standard treatment.
