Teprotumumab for Thyroid-Associated Ophthalmopathy

Abstract: BACKGROUND Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, a condition commonly associated with Graves’ disease, remains inadequately treated. Current medical therapies, which primarily consist of glucocorticoids, have limited efficacy and present safety concerns.
