Tératome cancérisé: à propos d’un cas avec revue de la littérature

Abstract: Parmi les tumeurs germinales de l’ovaire, on retrouve les kystes dermoïde dans 10 à 20% des cas. Dans 1 à 2 % des cas, une transformation maligne en kyste dermoïde cancérisé a été décrite(KDC). Le traitement, est un véritable sujet à controverse, Chez la femme en âge de procréer et pour les stades débutants, une annexectomie unilatérale sans traitement adjuvant est préconisée.
