Testicular plasmacytoma: Report of a case and review of the literature

Abstract: Plasmacytomas of the testis are rare neoplasias; they may occur as isolated tumors or in concomitance with generalized multiple myeloma. We report the case of a 77-year-old man with previous clinical evidence of multiple myeloma involving skin, ribs, and lungs, and initially treated with surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy attaining partial response.
