Employee welfare and management, in the modern sense, denotes to all of an employer's efforts aimed at having explicit benefits and facilities to employees in accumulation to their salaries or compensation. This paper presents AIB-HRM (Artificial Aptitude based Humanoid Resource Managing) for better employee management which is a holistic approach using IT platform embedded with AI technology. The proposed system has been designed using the modern technicalities of Artificial Intelligence with embedded software Python and it was implemented in a company named CITRONINX, India. After the survey taken before and after the implementation of the software, it was found that there is a huge distinction in terms of better employee management, retention and employee satisfaction level. The research proposes a better AI podium appropriate for better employee satisfaction in any standard Organization.
