The ability of Ca(OH)2 to facilitate bone formation by measuring the alkaline phosphatase level (Experimental study)

Abstract: Aim: To investigate the early events of bone regeneration of Ca(OH) 2 by studying biochemistry level of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) as guide for bone regeneration. Materials and Methods: The mandible of eight dogs was prepared by hole of 0.5×0.5 cm in depth and diameter in the apical to the molar teeth.
