Kepuasaan pasien ditentukan oleh keberhasilan perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan dan didukung oleh komunikasi yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang yang diambil dengan purposive sampling diruang rawat inap. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan mayoritas komunikasi terapeutik Perawat dalam kategori baik (55,4%) dan tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam kategori tinggi (47,7%). Uji Chi square menunjukkan Ada hubungan komunikasi terapeutik Perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap dengan nilai p value 0,000. Disarankan pada RSUD Teluk Kuantan terutama perawat untuk dapat menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik pada semua pasien yang mendapatkan asuhan keperawatan, dan diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat menerapkan SOP khusus tentang pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik agar meningkatkan kenyamanan terhadap pasien sendiri, serta meningkatkan kepuasan bagi keluarga pasien.
