“…Recently, late in-the-bag IOL subluxation or dislocation due to zonulolysis has been reported with increasing frequency and has been reported as 0.2% to 3% [1,[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10] . Risk factors for postoperative IOL dislocation include pseudoexfoliation syndrome, prior vitreoretinal surgery, history of trauma, long axial length, uveitis, retinitis pigmentosa, and connective tissue disorders, such as Marfan syndrome [11][12][13][14] .
