Abstract

The assessment of the empowerment level of managerial and specjalist staff -case study Ocena poziomu empowermentu kadry kierowniczej i specjalistycznejstudium przypadku SummaryEmpowerment is currently a very important problem in managing organizations. It determines the success of such organizational solutions and strategies that require innovation and creativity of employees, their participation in decisions and taking responsibility. The article presents a tool which diagnosed the level of empowerment in the organization implementing a process organization. The article contains the obtained results of the research, their analysis and assessment of the empowerment level in the analyzed organization and a recommendation for the management board regarding organizational changes.
