The availability of the vitamin D among children with allergic disease caused by the polymorphic gene VDR

Abstract: Objective: The objective is to analyze the availability of vitamin D in children with allergic diseases (AD) in polymorphism of the vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene.Methods: The main group included 130 children with allergic diseases aged from 1.5 to 16 y.o. The control group included 41 apparently healthy children aged from 1 to 10 y.o.
