The Biggest Critical Failure Factors in ERP Implementation

Abstract: This paper examines ERP implementation and its critical failure factors in ERP implementation. We focused on the five famous ERP implementation based on which we identified the most common issues during ERP implementation. The main part deals with poor planning and its impact on ERP implementation and provides different views and recommendation to avoid failure in ERP implementation.
