In recent years, the strong growth of cultural and creative industries has led to its occupying an increasingly important position in the social economy. The inheritance and development of traditional art forms are one of the most important sources of materials for the cultural and creative industries. Product packaging is an important part of visual communication. Under the influence of the rapid development of cultural and creative industries, packaging design has a new development trend. In addition to satisfying basic functions such as protection and transportation, today’s packaging design has also been endowed with some new connotations. The article analyzes the development status and outstanding problems of Chinese packaging design. Combined with the significance of cultural and creative industries to packaging design, innovative explorations were carried out on various elements in the process of packaging design. The study found that in the analysis of the contribution of cultural and creative industries to the economy, the cultural and creative industries of City A have been showing a growth trend since 2015. And among the design concepts of environmental protection, emotional attention, and integration of Chinese and Western design concepts selected in packaging design, more than 80% of consumers agree to integrate environmental protection concepts into packaging design. A total of 67% of the public are in favor of incorporating the concept of emotional care into the design. A total of 54% of the public agree with the design concept of combining Chinese and Western. Understanding the preferences of customers is beneficial to making packaging design a highlight of product sales.

Public health highlights “public utilities,” emphasizes the attributes of public goods and services, and aims to clarify the responsibility of government leadership; highlighting “maintaining health equity” aims to make it clear that public health not only guarantees health but also focuses on fairness; the purpose extends to “maintaining social stability and development,” emphasizing that the function of public health is not only to protect health; emphasizing that public health is “one science” and aims to call for respect for the laws of science and the cross-integration of medicine with other natural and social sciences; and emphasizing that public health “focuses on practice” makes it clear that strengthening the implementation of various policies and measures is the key to achieving purpose and values. The development of the entertainment and sports industry is directly related to the development, stability, and people’s welfare of the country. Under the common influence of various factors, such as the increasing level of social economy and technology, the growth of people’s leisure time, and the change in social consumption concept, the development of China’s entertainment and sports industry has shown a certain scale effect, social correlation effect, and employment effect. However, due to the continuous advancement of the development process of China’s entertainment and sports industry, some problems have emerged, such as uneven development speed, small industrial scale, low industrial technology level, lack of service commodity types, unreasonable market resource allocation, and serious shortage of professionals in relevant fields. Thus, it limits the development process of China’s entertainment and sports industry and is not conducive to the ecological development of China’s entertainment and sports industry. On this basis, the state has formulated the guiding opinions on improving China’s leisure sports policies and regulations: adjusting the method, intensity, and direction of the state’s direct financial investment; strengthening the support for social funds and sports clubs; reducing the price and reducing the cost of entertainment; and establishing a reasonable industrial integrity system and standards; a government supervision and performance evaluation system has been initially formed. It aims to highlight that all aspects of society should also serve health while enjoying health; comprehensive policies are the guarantee for promoting the benign operation of the system.

In this paper, the design of a teaching interactive system for preschool art education is digitally studied and analyzed, and the teaching interactive system is designed to be applied to the teaching process of preschool art education. It is to design and implement a convenient and feasible art education study and research mutual aid system. The art teaching mutual study and research system is based on the three-layer architecture of NET as the main system structure. The main function of the representation layer is to process the data requested by users and realize the interaction between users. The data layer is mainly to realize the processing of data logic, through the call and operation of the database, to realize the interactive access function of the database. The business logic layer is a relationship in the middle and plays the function of carrying on the top and bottom, realizing the logical processing of the database, and then realizing the business objectives of the system. The design and implementation of the multitier mechanism are of great importance in terms of improving system reliability as well as system compatibility. In the framework of activity theory research, the concept of dynamic integration of digital learning resources is proposed in conjunction with relevant research on digital learning resource integration. The intermediary of the interaction between subjects and digital learning resources in the digital learning process establishes the connection between different subjects through the interaction between elements in the activity system, promotes the accumulation of the number of digital learning resources and the two-way interaction of effective information, and thus realizes the orderly organization and management of the digital learning resource system. The theoretical basis of dynamic integration of digital learning resources, including activity theory, knowledge organization theory, and feedback principle, is discussed in detail in the study to provide a basis for the construction of the theoretical model of dynamic integration of digital learning resources.
