The study investigates the perspectives of inclusive schoolteachers regarding the career transition of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Enugu State, Nigeria. Utilizing a survey research design, the research collected data from 38 inclusive schoolteachers through a questionnaire. The findings revealed that teachers hold moderately positive perspectives on the career transition of students with ADHD, with no significant differences based on gender, teaching experience, or school location. The study's major contribution lies in highlighting the uniformity of teachers' perspectives across various sociodemographic variables, suggesting that these factors do not significantly influence their views on supporting the career transition of these students. This insight is crucial for developing inclusive school practices and policies that support career transition for students with ADHD.
