The challenges of managing the entreppreneurial organization

Abstract: The research goal is to explore how to transform organization, with conservative management, organizational structure and culture, into an entrepreneurial one. We hypothesize that organic organizational structure, entrepreneurial culture and appropriate management decisions are crucial for enhancing entrepreneurial initiatives.
