The clinical diagnostic value of plasma miR-592 and miR-217-3p levels in retinoblastoma

Abstract: 目的:研究血浆miR-592和miR-217-3p在视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)中的异常表达,探讨其表达水平对Rb的临床诊断价值。 方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月到南昌市洪都中医院就诊的100例Rb患者为Rb组,同期来体检中心就诊的100例健康患者为对照组. 采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测所有受试者血浆miR-592和miR-217-3p的表达水平;分析血浆miR-592和miR-217-3p水平与Rb临床病理特征的关系;Pearson 相关分析评估了血浆 miR-592 和 miR-217-3p 水平与总生存率之间的关系。 结果: Rb组血浆miR-592和miR-217-3p水平显着高于对照组(p < 0.0001),且miR-592的表达与家族遗传史显着相关(p< 0.0001)、肿瘤偏倚( p =0.0081)、淋巴结转移( p =0.0048)和病理分级( p =0.0025),miR-217-3p的表达与家族遗传史显着相关( p<0.0001),视神经浸润(p<0.0001)、淋巴结转移(p = 0.0090)、病理分级(p<0.0001)。miR-592… Show more
