The clinical significance of direction-fixed mono-positional apogeotropic horizontal nystagmus

Abstract: SUMMARY Objective A mono-positional persistent, direction-fixed apogeotropic nystagmus (MPosApoNy) is very challenging for the neuro-otologist.
