* Autor a quien debe ser dirigida la correspondencia.Recibido Jun. 23, 2017; Aceptado Ago. 28, 2017; Versión final Oct. 4, 2017, Publicado Feb. 2018 Resumen El presente artículo presenta los principales resultados de un análisis bibliométrico basado en 432 publicaciones (periodo 2011-2016), tomadas de bases de datos relevantes, sobre el tema de la logística humanitaria. La logística humanitaria se ha convertido en un área de investigación fértil debido a su importancia estratégica para gobiernos, comunidades y empresas. Este campo de estudio emergió como consecuencia de las debilidades logísticas para enfrentar grandes desastres tales como el tsunami del Océano Índico (2004) y el huracán Katrina (2005), entre otros. Como tema de investigación, la logística humanitaria se proyecta como uno de los de mayor crecimiento en los próximos diez años. Aunque algunos trabajos previos han abordado este tópico desde la perspectiva de la revisión de literatura, la mayoría se centran en un análisis de contenido desde una perspectiva cualitativa y, en consecuencia, el uso de enfoques bibliométricos es escaso. En este trabajo se exponen las principales tendencias bibliométricas y se identifican algunos vacíos de conocimiento desde cinco perspectivas de análisis. Palabras clave: logística humanitaria; ayuda humanitaria; gestión de desastres; análisis bibliométrico A Bibliometric Analysis of Trends in Humanitarian Logistic AbstractThe present paper shows the results of a bibliometric analysis based on 432 publications (2001)(2002)(2003)(2004)(2005)(2006)(2007)(2008)(2009)(2010)(2011)(2012)(2013)(2014)(2015)(2016) taken from relevant databases, on the subject of humanitarian logistic. Humanitarian logistics has become a fertile research area due to its strategic importance for governments, communities, and companies. This study field emerged as a consequence of logistical weaknesses to face major disasters such as the Indian Ocean Tsunami (2004) and the Katrina Hurricane (2005), among others. As a research topic, humanitarian logistic is projected as one of the highest growth in the next ten years. Although, some previous works have addressed this topic from a literature review perspective, most of them are focused on content analysis from a qualitative perspective and, in consequence, bibliometric studies are scarce. In this article, the main bibliometric trends are presented and some knowledge gaps are identified from five perspectives of analysis.

Türkiye’de ve Dünyada belli bir konuda birikmiş bilimsel çalışmaları nitelik ve nicelik açısından araştırmaya yarayan bibliyometrik analizlerin sayısı geçen gün artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Web of Science veri tabanındaki dergilerde 2008-2018 (altı aylık dönem) yılları arasında yayımlanan perakendecilik ile ilgili 2655 makalenin bibliyometrik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma perakende alanında hangi araştırma konularının öne çıktığını, hangi çalışmaların kaynak olarak kullanıldığını belirlemeyi hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanın bir diğer amacı perakendecilik konusunda uluslararası alanda Türkiye yazınının yerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada Web of Science da son yıllarda ağırlıklı incelenen perakende alanları, yayınların yazarları, en fazla çalışma gerçekleştirilen ülkeler, en fazla atıf alan yayınlar, Türkiye kaynaklı yayınlar ve bu yayınların atıfları incelenmiştir. Bibliyometrik atıf analizini için Bibexcel yazılımı kullanılmıştır. WOS veri tabanındaki Türkiye kaynaklı çalışmalar ile dünyada yapılan diğer çalışma konularının benzerlik ve farklılıklarının tespiti ve perakendeciliğin gelişim aşamalarını ortaya koyması açısından önemli bulunmaktadır. Sonuçlar araştırmacılara alandaki güncel durumlar ve eğilimlerin ne olduğu, gelecekte yapılacak çalışmaların hangi alanlarda olması gerektiğini göstermesi açısından önemlidir.

A Probabilistic Framework for Optimizing Real-time Decisions in Humanitarian Aid Delivery Systems

This paper presents a computationally efficient model for optimizing real-time decisions in humanitarian aid delivery systems. Our formulation models a hierarchical system and is a mixed integer, probabilistic, non-linear and non-concave optimization problem. The proposed model considers the costs and probabilistic nature of transfer times and maximizes the reliability of the system using the available budget. We account for late deliveries using a nonlinear penalty function. We also propose an algorithm that uses a directed acyclic graph to deal with the discrete variables in tandem with a homotopy method for optimizing the continuous variables. We then offer a pruning method to eliminate the cost inefficiencies in the system. The effectiveness of formulation is examined in some numerical examples in development.
