Abstract: Scientific interest in providing emergency psychological assistance in crisis situations is based on a practical request, since a crisis incident poses a threat to life and health. The paper presents an analysis of the provision of emergency psychological assistance in the education system. The sample consisted of 3 groups of respondents (12048 individuals) from 75 subjects of the Russian Federation. <p>The article considers the competence approach in the procedure of assessment (self-assessment) of specialists who have competence to provide emergency and crisis psychological assistance in order to form the Federal Register of teachers-psychologists who have competence to provide emergency and crisis psychological assistance to participants in educational relations. The assessment system was proposed by specialists of the Federal Coordination Center for Providing Psychological Services in the Education System of the Russian Federation of the Moscow State University of Psychology & Education. The competence-based approach makes it possible to responsibly solve professional and personal tasks related to the ability to extract and adequately use knowledge, applying them in real situations of psychological assistance. The authors propose a system of competencies of a teacher-psychologist capable of providing emergency and crisis psychological assistance to participants in educational relations, including groups of general professional competencies, a description of their components.</p>

<p>The expansion of the list of tasks facing the psychological service of the education system at the present stage includes measures to improve the system of emergency and crisis psychological assistance. The ability to solve these complex tasks is largely determined by the competencies of specialists, their readiness for this type of activity. The article presents an analysis of the regional experience and readiness of psychologists of the education system of the Sverdlovsk region to provide crisis assistance. During the analysis of the results, it was found that, despite the system of crisis assistance that has developed in the region, most specialists working in educational organizations of the Sverdlovsk region have pronounced professional deficits and face difficulties in implementing crisis psychological support. The data obtained indicate the need to provide advanced training for specialists in crisis assistance.</p>

Psychological Support of Common Educational Space Development for Donbas and the Russian Federation

Introduction. The article is devoted to the aspects of psychological support in the creation of a common educational space for Donbas and the Russian Federation considering the new social and political conditions. The “canceling” of the Russian culture from the side of western countries and the strain geopolitical situation justify the urgency of the creation and further development of the space for Donbas and the Russian Federation. In this section, we focus on the role of psychological support in the establishment of the new educational system considering increased stress conditions.Purpose. In our work, we will consider conceptual issues and fundamental principles of psychological support modernization for the development of the common educational space for Donbas and the Russian Federation.Theoretical Justification. The main purposes of modernization and enhancement of the psychological support system in educational establishments are described there. Special focus is put on educational psychologist’s functions in teaching facilities: diagnostics of students’ psychoemotional state; consulting for parents and teachers; the creation of friendly psychological environment; psychological protection for school and university students, and others. There are issues that negatively impact effective psychological support of students: the lack of awareness regarding the presence of such help in the educational establishment; students’ low level of trust to psychologists and the fear that third-party entities can possess the information obtained during the counselling; as well as the lack of easy and swift access to a psychologist.Discussion. We suggest the development of express psychological support strategies for educational establishments and the creation of a psychological counseling service. Early identification of potential problem with the help of preventive diagnostic means, development of rapid response algorithm, establishment of organizational aspects, creation of suitable conditions for privacy protection, as well as access easement to psychological support, represent the assembly that configures foundation of the service mentioned above.
