National policies have been very supportive of college students as a new force in IEE (innovation and entrepreneurship education). Universities across the nation have increased their emphasis on entrepreneurship education and put a lot of effort into developing and enhancing college students’ EA (entrepreneurship ability). An important challenge facing universities is how to develop the psychological quality of IEE in college students and create a long-term training system. The author develops the EA evaluation model for college students based on practical experience with mental health education and applies BPNN (BP neural network) theory to the assessment of IEE in higher education. The scores corresponding to the students’ evaluation indices are used as input vectors, and the innovative EA of the students is evaluated. According to the simulation’s outcomes, the number of hidden neurons is calculated, and the outcomes are assessed through experiments. The outcomes demonstrate that, following the completion of the enhanced BPNN training, the actual value is valid, the expected value is reasonable, and the maximum relative error between them is 1.6 percent, which is essentially the ideal situation. It has been established that the IEE’s established evaluation index system is fair and can accurately capture students’ IEE spirit.

In Russia both large real estate construction companies and small firms successfully work. The construction is attractive to entrepreneurs. Many students of the construction university plan to open their own business. For this purpose, profile construction education, education in the field of management and certain personal qualities are necessary to have. Necessary for the entrepreneur qualities are heterogeneous. One of them are congenital, others are the result of the development of relevant abilities, and the third are described as the skills reached as a result of training and practical experience. Entrepreneurial capabilities are well studied. But psychological readiness for business activity is studied a little. The projective technique "Big money" reveals seven types of psychological readiness for an entrepreneurship. Students-builders with the high level of entrepreneurial capabilities have different psychological readiness. A small number of students has high levels of capabilities and psychological readiness. It explains the reason of a small number of successful entrepreneurs.

With the development of information technology, the traditional commercial trade activities are gradually substituted by the e-commerce, in order to better show the transaction process of among the manufacturers, shopping malls, logistics enterprises, foreign trade companies, banks and consumers to adapt to the development of e-commerce professional practice teaching, We designed the e-commerce teaching simulation operating platform, which is constituted by the e-commerce teaching simulation software, e-commerce simulation experiment management systems and e-commerce sand table. The platform can simulate the processes of e-commerce transactions, such as the electronic currency exchange, electronic trading market, electronic data interchange, supply chain management and enterprise financial management etc, through the combination of theory and practical operation to enable students to master the e-commerce practical skills from the emotional perspective and rational perspective to enhance students' understanding of e-commerce.
