The Determination of Nurses and Midwives’ Opinions and Expectations on In-Service Training Practices

Abstract: Hemşire ve ebelerin mezuniyet sonrası bilim ve teknolojideki değişim ve gelişime uyum sağlayabilmesi, hasta bakımı ile ilgili güncel bilgi ve uygulamaları takip etmesi, o alandaki eğitimin sürekliliği ile mümkün olup hizmet içi eğitimi önemli kılmaktadır.
