“…For physiological samples such as human plasma, vitamins A, E, 25(OH) D 2 and 25(OH) D 3 were separated on a RP-C 18 column with gradient elution and all compounds were eluted in less than 15 min (Alvarez & De Mazancourt, 2001). Vitamins A, E and β-carotene in bovine milk were simultaneously separated on RP-C 18 column using methanol:water solvent system in about 30 min (Plozza, Trenerry, & Caridi, 2012) but the separation of vitamin D 3 was not included and reported as a separate method (Trenerry, Plozza, Caridi, & Murphy, 2011). Another LC/MS method was described for the determination of vitamin A, vitamin A acetate, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin E (α-tocopherol), vitamin E acetate, and coenzyme Q10 in multivitamin dietary supplements using a RP-C 30 stationary phase.…”

“…Dane z lat 2009-2013 sugerują obecność witaminy D 3 w mleku krowim (niewzbogacanym! w witaminę D) na poziomie 0,8-16 UL/l [33][34][35], podczas gdy we wspomnianych latach ubiegłego wieku zawartość ta oceniana była śred-nio na 40 U/l [36].…”

“…Several techniques have been used for analyzing cholecalciferol such as combined thin layer and gas chromatography [4], high performance liquid chromatography [5][6][7][8][9], liquid chromatographymass spectrometry (LC-MS) [10][11][12], supercritical fluid chromatography [13], supercritical fluid chromatography-mass spectrometry (SFC-MS) [14], voltammetry [15,16] and bioassay [17]. Although, chromatographic methods offer the best approach to accurate determination of cholecalciferol, electrochemical techniques provide simple alternatives in this topic.…”
