The diagnostic value of ictal SPECT—A retrospective, semiquantitative monocenter study

Abstract: Objective: Ictal single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) can be used as an advanced diagnostic modality to detect the seizure onset zone in the presurgical evaluation of people with epilepsy.
