Since 2022, the state register of agricultural lands has been maintained in our country. The article discusses the reasons for this decision, the key features of this register, the possibilities of interaction with other data sources on these lands, as well as the pace of formation of data systems on them at the regional level. At the same time, it was noted that the full use of the potential of such a register depends on the pace of digitalization of agricultural land management and land planning. The authors also note that measures to improve work with data on agricultural lands logically fit into the general practice of recent years, when the state (state agencies) started implementing a new database management function. At the same time, a qite obvious problem was identified, differences in the rates of the corresponding regional system development and saturation of the federal register with their data, its risk was assessed and experience in solving a similar problem of the 1990s was given.

The transition of the agro-industrial complex of the Far Eastern Federal District to innovative-oriented development objectively enforces the activation of innovative and investment processes, as well as ensuring effective management of innovative development as a single complex of interrelated economic processes. The specific territorial zoning of the region’s AIC requires differentiation of the innovative development strategies of its individual sectors in accordance with the certain conditions of their functioning. The research is based on the study and generalization of scientific approaches to the issues of innovative-oriented development of the AIC, taking into account various factors: territoriality, zonality, economic potential, etc. The article formulates a set of provisions underlying the development of the innovative-oriented development concept of the AIC of the region. There was determined the set of strategic goals of its innovative development regarding the specifics of the subjects. The purpose of research is to develop a conceptual approach to innovative-oriented development of AIC of the region, in appliance with its specifications.

The authors consider theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and application of the principles of social responsibility of the main food marketparticipants: producers, retail and consumers to optimize the directions of its development. It is established that the main provisions Of the manual on social responsibility, an international reference document on social responsibility, form the essential theoretical basis for the development of this direction at the present time. Considering the practical aspects of applying social responsibility in the food industry and food retail, the authors highlight the topic of responsibility to consumers as a priority. Sincethese participants of the trophological chain are responsible for making decisions regarding the level of quality, authenticity, naturalness and safety of products within the requirements of regulatory documents and consumers. The article defines the principles of social responsibility of the consumer as afood market participant. The authors believe that the research results can serve to build a holistic theory of market development in the new economy, which is characterized by high - quality processes and can be useful for the business community as an idea of possible investments.
