Pro-regenerative properties of a new derivative of N-acetyl-6-aminohexanoic acid were revealed in the experimental treatment of thermal skin burns of rats, what resulted in a reduction in their healing time. It was found that the pro-regenerative effect of the new N-acetyl-6-aminohexanoic acid derivative is associated with changes in biochemical parameters in the blood and regenerating tissues of rats, namely, a decrease in the activity of free radical processes and normalization of proteolytic activity, which are the pathogenetic factors of the wound process.
