Abstract:The early loading of different surface treated dental implants is compared in our clinical study. Patients were selected from the outpatient ward of the Department of Oro-Maxillofacial Surgery and Stomatology at the Semmelweis University. The secondary stability, that evolved after 6 weeks of healing, was measured on acid etched/sand blasted (SLA) and bio-hydroxyapatite coated implants.
