Background The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has resulted in a significant increase in the number of people seeking online support and information, particularly on social media. Nevertheless, the nature and trend of internet information, as well as its accuracy, are questionable. This study aimed to assess and compare the content, type/form, and degree of accuracy of breastfeeding information on Facebook before and during the COVID-19 pandemic (n = 288/phase). Methodology The data were gathered from Malaysian public and group/page Facebook posts (n = 456). Keyword searches were conducted using Malay and English breastfeeding terms. The dataset was screened and entered into a structured codebook. The Delphi approach was used to assess the accuracy of posts’ content performed by breastfeeding experts. Results Sharing personal experience (53.2%) was the most common topic in breastfeeding-related posts, followed by seeking questions (39.3%) and knowledge (8.0%). Sharing personal stories and knowledge posts were higher during COVID-19 than before (p = 0.001), although the seeking questions category was higher before the pandemic (p = 0.001). Most information posted was in text form (94.5%). About half of the posts (46.5%) were misleading, while (43.7%) were accurate. There was a significant difference in the accuracy of online posts before and during the COVID-19 pandemic (p = 0.001). Conclusions Compared to the pre-pandemic phase, forms/types of information on Facebook remained consistent, whereas the breastfeeding information content and its degree of accuracy differed during the pandemic.We need to explore other aspects of breastfeeding online content as well as its engagement, especially during a pandemic. Knowing the infant feeding-related topics that have been discussed and questioned on social media, as well as the accuracy of the data, allows policymakers and scientific communities to plan strategies for spreading credible breastfeeding information online. This includes creating interactive online media types of visual guidelines, web resources, and breastfeeding apps.

Kesulitan dalam memberikan Air Susu Ibu (ASI) eksklusif masih menjadi masalah utama bagi ibu menyusui. Bagi ibu dan bayi ASI Eksklusif memudahkan terjalin ikatan kasih sayang yang mesra antara ibu dan bayi baru lahir merupakan keuntungan awal dari menyusu secara eksklusif. Kelas laktasi merupakan sarana yang diberikan supaya ibu atau calon ibu mendapatkan edukasi mengenai pentingnya ASI dan persiapan menyusui untuk menyukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Pada kelas laktasi ini, selain ibu akan mendapatkan penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai manfaat ASI, ibu juga akan mendapatkan informasi tentang Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), perawatan payudara seperti pijat oksitosin, tehnik memerah dan menyimpan ASI. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu menyusui untuk menyukseskan ASI eksklusif. Metode pendekatan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang ASI eksklusif dan demonstrasi pijat oksitosin. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu menyusui yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kedungwuni I Kabupaten Pekalongan. Waktu pelaksanaan selama 6 bulan, dimulai dari tahap identifikasi permasalahan mitra, pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan dan demonstrasi pijat oksitosin, evaluasi dilakukan selama kegiatan dengan melakukan pre dan post test menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan ibu menyusui mengenai ASI eksklusif, monitoring, dan rencana tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu menyusui dalam menyukseskan ASI eksklusif, sehingga dimungkinkan dapat menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang sehat dan berkualitas. Diharapkan adanya tindak lanjut dari tenaga kesehatan dan dinas kesehatan untuk mengadakan kelas laktasi di setiap wilayah.

Introduction: Mother's milk (ASI) is a very important food and drink for babies. In exclusive breastfeeding given for 6 months without any additional food. One of the efforts made to obtain children with good growth and development is to provide exclusive breastfeeding until the baby is 6 months old and continued until 24 months old baby. Objective: This researchers want to provide interventions to increase breast milk production in mothers breastfeeding Methods: This type of research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research method (quasi- experimental) with a research design that is pre-test post-test non-equivalent control group. Observation sheet measuring instrument. Data analysis using paired t test and independent test. Results: There is no significant difference in the average of respondents' breast milk expenditure between the intervention group and the control group at the pretest p-value of 0.033 (p < 0.05) and there is a significant difference on the average respondent's milk expenditure between the intervention group and the control group at the posttest the p value was 0.000 (p < 0.05). Discussions: Banana heart contains calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin C and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium and Fe and stimulates the oxytocin and prolactin hormone which will greatly assist the process of breast milk production. Conclusion: Giving banana hear nugget has an effect on breast milk production
