The Effect of Chicken Feet Gelatin to Characteristic of Jelly Candy

Abstract: Jelly candy is a soft textured candy processed with hydrocolloid components such as gum, pectin, agar, starch, carrageenan, gelatin. These are used to modify the chewy texture.
