The Effect of Communication on Careers in Mediating by Leader Member Exchange with Political Skills as a Moderating Variable

Abstract: This study analyzed the effect of communication on a career mediated by the leader member exchange with Political Skill as a moderating variable. The sampling method used in this study is a saturated sample that was distributed to all employees and lecturers at one of the University in Jakarta, with a population of 149 people.
