“…The discussion about NOx emissions laboratory testing affectivity was triggered after affair investigation related to emissions manipulation. Vehicle testing with the Portable Emissions Measurement Systems (PEMS) usage in Europe showed that light diesel vehicles, certified by EURO 4 up to EURO 6 emissions norms, produce multiple times more NOx than it is allowed by appropriate emission limit [1,2].
