This research aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership, organizational culture, motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was gathered through a survey method using a Likert-type scale with 5 rating options. The population in this study was all the employees of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto as many as 721 and the sample of 142 respondents was conveniently selected for this research. In this study the technique of analyzing the data using multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination test R2. Research results indicate that while organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, Islamic leadership, motivation, the work environment, and job satisfaction all positively and significantly affect employee performance. The findings of this research offer insights that can enhance employee performance within organizations. The independent variables Islamic leadership, organizational culture motivation work environment, and job satisfaction have an impact on 69.6% of the employee performance variable at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto and factors not covered in this study will have an impact on the remaining 30.4% of the employee performance variable. Organizations should prioritize enhancements in Islamic leadership, organizational culture, motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction to achieve this. Strategies for improvement may include fostering learning and development opportunities for employees, cultivating a positive and supportive workplace atmosphere, and providing competitive compensation and benefits packages.

The paper underscores the profound impact of Islamic principles in promoting understanding, unity, and peaceful coexistence within societal constructs. Drawing from various facets of Islamic teachings deeply rooted in the Qur'an and the Prophet's guidance, the study advocates for compassion, justice, and inclusivity in societal construction. The convergence of these principles serves as a beacon for fostering coexistence and justice, offering pathways to construct harmonious societies. Following an extensive exploration of inter-group relations in the region, the study proposes a set of recommendations to address challenges and cultivate lasting harmony. These recommendations encompass initiatives such as education and awareness programs to bridge gaps, community-based conflict resolution mechanisms, advocacy for inclusive governance, support for interfaith dialogue and collaboration, civic engagement and empowerment, enhanced security measures, collaboration with NGOs and international bodies, media sensitization campaigns, incorporation of Islamic perspectives into education and outreach, and continual research for adaptive strategies and effectiveness monitoring. The implementation of these recommendations is envisioned to create an environment conducive to peaceful coexistence, understanding, and shared prosperity within Nigeria, particularly Taraba State.

The Indonesian banking world is experiencing very rapid development, more and more new banks are popping up such as Islamic banks, so that business in the banking world is increasingly competitive. The research objective was to determine the effect of religious culture, and Islamic leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is causal associative research and examines the effect of intervening variables using path analysis. The research was conducted in 2022, from a saturated sample, a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The results of this study are that religious culture and Islamic leadership partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Religious culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Islamic leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Religious culture has a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Islamic leadership has a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. In the Sobel test, job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between religious culture and employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Islamic leadership and employee performance. The implications of this research are that employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia feel high job satisfaction and have an understanding that working well for a living is worship. Leaders need to improve employee performance by implementing a culture of religiosity and increasing solidarity among employees to achieve optimal job satisfaction.
