The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at BETA BERLIAN MANADO

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial of job satisfaction, organizational commitment as an independent variable on turnover intention as the dependent variable.
