The Effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Environment and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) and Its Impact on Performance

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, JobEnvironment and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)and its impact on Employee Performance.
