The Effect of Knee Tuck Jump Plyometrics Training on Dollyo Chagi Athlete Taekwondo

Abstract: This study aims to figure out the effect of plyometrics knee tuck jump exercise towards dollyo chagi kick speed of junior taekwondo athletes. The method of this study is pre-experiment design. The sample is 12 junior taekwondo athletes at Banjarbaru, Indonesia.
