The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and learning outcomes of sports physical education and the health of students at SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population in this study was taken from male and female students at the State Senior High School 1 Banjarbaru aged 16-19 years, the population in the XI grade of the State Senior High School 1 Banjarbaru as many as 231 students. In comparison, the research sample was 184 students with the cluster sampling technique.The results of the research on the physical activity of students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru found that the classification of "low" was 84 students with a percentage of 45.65%. While the physical education learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru students showed an average value of 82.11. The result of the calculation with the correlation shows 0.73 with the criteria of a strong/high relationship. Therefore, there is a relationship between physical activity and learning outcomes of PJOK students of SMAN 1 Banjarbaru. Physical education 85, high criteria as many as 21 people with an average score of 80.71 physical education. The criteria were as many as 71 people with an average score of 82.23 physical education. The low criteria were 84 people with an average score of 82.17 physical education and seven people with very low criteria with an average score of 85.57 physical education.
This study aims to figure out the effect of plyometrics knee tuck jump exercise towards dollyo chagi kick speed of junior taekwondo athletes. The method of this study is pre-experiment design. The sample is 12 junior taekwondo athletes at Banjarbaru, Indonesia. Instrument or measuring instrument used for the speed of the Dolly Chagi kick, both at the initial test and at the final test used a stopwatch and sand sack / hogu. Data analysis using the Hypothesis Test (average comparison analysis) Paired Samples Test (SPSS 21). The results show that on pre-test dollyo chagi kick speed of junior taekwondo athletes at Banjarbaru City is at the average 19,75 times with standard deviation = 2,094. On post-test dollyo chagi kick on junior taekwondo athletes at Banjarbaru City is at the average 22,25 time with standard deviation 1,485. Whereas tcount = 6,966> ttabel(11;0,025) = 2,201or with sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000, it is found out that sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05 so tcount is significant. The conclusion is that there is an effect of plyometrics knee tuck jump exercise towards dollyo chagi kick speed of junior taekwondo athletes.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dari kecepatan berlari peserta didik kelas VI di kabupaten banjar berada dalam klasifikasi kurang atau lambat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data peneliti sebagai kunci utama, penggunaan dokumen dan wawancara. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan SDN aluh aluh besar 2, SDN sungai rangas dan SDN sungai tabuk kota 2atau abumbun jaya berjumlah 3 orang. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa RPP pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan kelas VI semester 1 dan hasil wawancara. Dari hasil menganalisis RPP penjaskes kelas VI semester 1 dan wawancara didapatkan hasil penelitian penyebab kecepatan berlari peserta didik kelas VI berada dalam klasifikasi kurang/lambat yaitu pembelajaran teknik berlari tidak diajarkan dan walaupun diajarkan hanya sebatas penyampaian, Kurang tersedianya halaman/lapangan yang luas disekolah tersebut, kurangnya kreatifitas seorang guru dalam menciptakan sebuah materi pembelajaran, kurangnya kreatifitas guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar, kurangnya perhatian kepala sekolah terhadap mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan sehingga tidak terlalu diutamakan apa yang menjadi kebutuhan didalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan. The futsal players of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin have weak passing and shooting; therefore, the researchers argue that the futsal players of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin do not have good leg muscle explosive power. This study aims to determine the effect of Plyometric knee tuck jump and barrier hops exercises on the explosive power of the limb muscles of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. The research method used is a quasiexperiment method with data collection techniques carried out through the initial test, providing treatment as many as 16 meetings and final tests. The population in this study were all futsal players of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin totalling 20 people. A total sample of 20 people with a sampling technique using total sampling or saturated samples. From the research data that has been analyzed and theoretical reviews, it can be concluded: There is an effect of plyometric knee tuck jump training and barrier hops on the explosive power of the limb muscles of futsal players of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. The average results of the initial test were 184.35 and the final test was 203.7.
This study aims to 1. find out whether the time allocation is right or not to be taken and applied at school 2. know whether the schedule is right or not to be taken and applied at school. The sample or subjects studied in this study were the Banjarbaru City Education Office and the State Junior High School institutions in partnership with LambungMangkurat University, Banjarbaru City, which amounted to 3 schools. Collecting data in this study in the form of interviews, questionnaires, documentation, semester programs and annual programs from the State Junior High School Curriculum Section, principals and teachers of Physical Education, Sports and Health class VII. In this study the data obtained that the schedule of physical education, sports and health subjects in junior high school in class VII is 1 meeting per week, and in the time allocation of physical education, sports and health in 3 junior high schools in Banjarbaru City that partner with LambungMangkurat University for grade VII, which is 2 schools applying 3 hours of weekly lessons and 1 hour of duration of 45 minutes, while there is 1 school with an allocation of 3 hours of weekly lessons and 1 hour of duration of 40 minutes.
