Turnover intention is a situation where employees change jobs caused by various factors such as lack of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment factors, and work family conflict. Turnover intention has a negative impact on the company, both in terms of financial and non-financial. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and work family conflict on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of Borobudur Golf & Country Club, with a total sample of 154 employees using a simple random sampling technique (random sampling). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the job satisfaction variable had no significant effect on turnover intention, the non-physical work environment variable had a significant and significant effect on turnover intention, and work family conflict had a significant effect on turnover intention.
