Communication is an important key in everyday life. By communicating we can interact with the people around us. Communication is needed in daily activities even it is a form of social and interpersonal interaction process in human life. Communication skills are a soft skill that can determine a person's success, so they need to be taught at all levels of education, because communication skills are vital skills in the development of human resources in forming superior and characterized humans. As a nurse, they need communication skill to communicate with their patients to make it clear about their health. This study is quasi-experimental research. Research subjects are about 68 nursing students. The results showed that there was no influence between student communication skills on learning outcomes for nursing students.

This study aims to produce a Vocational High School Natural Science learning tool to improve project-based soft skills that are valid, practical and effective in developing student soft skills. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) referring to the 4-D model suggested by Thiagarajan with the stages namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The population in this study were students of class XI in the machine technology group of SMK Negeri 2 Kudus in the academic year 2019/2020 (N = 61). The sample in the study were students of class XI with the expertise of machine technology (n = 34) who were taken by random sampling technique. The data were collected using the device validation sheet, the implementation observation sheet, the teacher's response questionnaire and the student response questionnaire. Data about the validity and practicality of the device in developing learning tools to improve project-based soft skills were analyzed using the right-hand t-test with ? of 0.05.

The brain is an important organ that directs all the actions of the body and the intervention that it has in human behavior, is fundamental for the analysis of the subject since by means of its study it can be analyzed its structure, functioning, coordination, and control. Exercises in different actions, where they link the knowledge of What is the brain?. What is learning?. And What is neuroscience? to recognize the impact they exert on the daily actions of the human being. The present work uses the bibliographic reference where the information will have sustained, which aims to define the importance of the Brain and its relationship in learning activities, through experience and knowledge. Finally, the conclusions of the work ha exposed, where technological and scientific advances have detailed with respect to the importance of the brain in the learning and teaching processes, from different sciences, understanding the importance and development of the knowledge.
