The Effect of Lithium Content on the Mass of the Part When Alloyed With Lithium Aluminum

Abstract: At present, aluminum alloys are widely used alloys after iron-carbon alloys in the production of mechanical engineering parts. The article presents the process of alloying an alloy of grade 8176 aluminum with a combination of lithium fluoride. Bunda quoted the legirlash process in the same way. In the first method, lithium fluoride powder was mixed with a halide aluminum alloy wrapped in aluminum foil. In the second method, lithium fluoride powder was mixed with an aluminum alloy without exposure. Experiments … Show more

“…The experiments were carried out on a laboratory bench in six iterations. At the same time, the vacuum capacity of the fan was 40 MB [6][7].In the experiments, the holes of the seeding machine disc were left open at intervals from 4 to 16 (table.1), the rest were closed. The experiments were carried out in the following order, depending on the width, length and thickness of the seed suction into the disc holes in the cross section [8][9][10].We explain the order by length according to the state of suction (figure 2). In Option 1 (figure 2), three pieces of pollen were tied to a thread with the ends pointing downwards.…”

“…Today, aluminum alloys are widely used in various industries, including mechanical engineering, automotive, shipbuilding, aircraft engineering and others. As the demand for aluminum alloys increases, so does the number of studies aimed at changing their properties [1][2][3][4]. One of the popular ways to improve the properties of aluminum alloys is to include other elements in their composition.…”

“…Aluminum dissolves even in dilute hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, especially when heated. But aluminum does not dissolve in highly diluted and concentrated cold nitric acid [1]. The addition of rare metals to aluminum alloys increases their durability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance.…”
