The Effect of Management by Objectives on Performance Appraisal and Employee Satisfaction in Commercial Banks

Abstract: Management by Objectives (MBO) is one of the most effective performance appraisal method widely used in the organization. This study deals with the effect of Management by Objectives on performance appraisal and employee satisfaction.
