The Effect of Pre-Procedure Anxiety on Pain Perception During First Session of Shock Wave Lithotripsy

Abstract: It is known that shock wave lithotripsy is a painful procedure for some patients as much that they cannot complete. We evaluated the effect of patient's anxiety on pain during shock wave lithotripsy and found that it is effective.
