The Effect of Principals Competencies on Teachers' Performance of Public Schools in Makassar City

Abstract: The competence of the principal influences the performance of teachers in carrying out his responsibilities as a significant component in achieving educational success. Thus, the Principal should empower teachers so that they can improve their performance.
